The existing insulation was re-laid and tidied, a 170 mm insulation top-up was installed and laid at right angles to the existing insulation, a 1 m × 3.6 m raised boarded area was installed using loft legs, timber, and OSB boarding, and sections of felt within the roof space were patched as required.
