Our house is complicated as it has a normal loft space but also around three sides of the roof there are eaves which lie directly over the rooms on the ground floor. All these areas were poorly insulated but putting new insulation in was a real problem, especially in the eaves with boards running the full length which required effective insulation inserting underneath these boards
